Bulk Attach Terms of Service
Bulk Attach. for Jira
Terms of Service
Effective 2026-08-27 · v0.9.0-beta

Short, because a beta doesn't need a long contract. Here's what you're agreeing to by installing Bulk Attach.

Beta
This is pre-release software offered to a limited number of testers. It is not listed on the Atlassian Marketplace and is not sold. See §1 for what that means for you.

01Beta status

Bulk Attach for Jira is currently in private beta. Features, behavior, and availability may change without notice while it remains in this state. Nothing here should be read as a commitment that any particular feature will remain, or that the beta will become a permanent, generally-available product.

02Using the app

You may install and use Bulk Attach on Jira sites you are an administrator of, or have permission to install apps on. You're responsible for the files you choose to upload and the Jira issues you target — the app acts using your own Jira permissions and does nothing you couldn't already do by hand.

03No fee

The beta is provided free of charge. No payment, card, or billing information is collected to use it.

04No warranty

Bulk Attach is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Beta software can contain bugs. Test with non-critical data before relying on it for anything important.

05Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption. Because the app only creates Jira attachments and, via Undo, removes exactly the attachments it created, the practical exposure here is narrow — but this section covers it formally regardless.

06Your data

See the Privacy Policy for the full explanation. In short: your files go from your browser directly to your own Jira site, and nowhere we operate.

07Stopping the beta

You can uninstall the app at any time (Jira → Apps → Manage apps → Bulk Attach → Uninstall). We may also end access to the beta for any installation at any time, since it is pre-release software rather than a purchased product.

08Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, beta testers will be told before the change takes effect, not after.
