01Using the app

You may install and use Bulk Attachment Upload for Jira on Jira sites you are an administrator of, or have permission to install apps on. You're responsible for the files you choose to upload and the Jira issues you target — the app acts using your own Jira permissions and does nothing you couldn't already do by hand.

02Payment, trials, and cancellation

This app is offered on a paid subscription basis through Atlassian's Paid-via-Atlassian billing, priced per Jira user tier as shown on the Marketplace listing. Sites with up to 10 Jira users are not charged. All billing, invoicing, and payment processing is handled entirely by Atlassian — we never see or store your payment details.

New paid installs include Atlassian's standard 30-day free trial, which converts automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time from your Atlassian account's billing settings; refunds are governed by Atlassian's own Marketplace refund policy, not by us directly.

We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to periods already paid for.

03No warranty

Bulk Attachment Upload for Jira is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Test with non-critical data before relying on it for anything important.

04Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption. Because the app only creates Jira attachments and, via Undo, removes exactly the attachments it created, the practical exposure here is narrow — but this section covers it formally regardless.

05Your data

See the Privacy Policy for the full explanation. In short: your files go from your browser directly to your own Jira site, and nowhere we operate.

06Uninstalling

You can uninstall the app at any time (Jira → Apps → Manage apps → Bulk Attachment Upload for Jira → Uninstall). Uninstalling stops future billing for that site as of your next billing cycle, per Atlassian's standard subscription terms.

07Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, customers will be told before the change takes effect, not after.
